Models, Monsters & Motors will take place, rain or shine, from 8 am to 10:30 pm on Sunday, September 29th. This event is open to models and photographers, and all levels of expertise are welcome. Come out, have fun, meet some new people, gain experience and learn some new techniques, and explore your creativity in a unique location!

- 1:00 PM judging finishes

- 8:00 am | Model registration, hair/makeup runs 8 am to noon
- 9:00 am | Photographer registration
- 9:00-10:00 am | Photographers may tour haunted house & grounds
- 10:00-01:00 pm | Shoot officially begins w/car show and outdoor shooting
- Noon | Green Bay Fear zombie makeup artists available
- 1:00-10:30 pm Haunted house opens for shooting, 1/2 hour increments
- 3:00 pm Car show winners announced, awards
Eight haunted house areas
There will be eight areas with in the haunted house especially set aside for photography. There are many other places to shoot photos outside the house and on the grounds! For 2013 we are planning on having a full barber show with a practicing barber available for photography. We are also in the process of building a full service 1950's inspired ice cream shop.
A portion of the profits from this event benefit the Beja Shrine. Concessions will be available for purchase.
All models and photographers will sign a group TFP Model Release form at registration, along with a Damage & Injury Waiver. Models under 18 must provide signed parental consent, and must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult chaperone for the event. Models who are under 18, please inform any photographers prior to working with them that you are a minor.
The organizers for this event make no guarantees on the quantity or quality of images you may receive from this event. This is YOUR opportunity to work with a unique location, a unique theme, and a wide variet of people. Be proactive, and try to work with as many different individuals as possible.
Models and photographers are responsible for exchanging contact information, and following up after the event for the FREE exchange of any final images. Photographers are strongly encouraged to share their best images not only with models, but also with any car owners whose vehicles they shoot with.
Please treat every participant at this event with respect and consideration. Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. If you encounter this type of behavior from an individual, please inform one of the event organizers immediately.
